About Catherine
Catherine is a Specialist in CliftonStrengths, Positive Intelligence and finding your calling. She’s passionate about helping people be aligned to their strengths and giftings!
Catherine loves meeting new people and finding out what's unique to them and whether they have their life aligned to their strengths.
Her top CliftonStrengths (which is an assessment of potential talent) are Strategic, Developer, Responsibility, Belief and Connectedness. This puts her in a unique position to be a brilliant thinking partner and catalyst for people to have their best year yet, every year!
She doesn’t think purpose and calling should feel illusive or overwhelming and thinks we should all know what excellent wellbeing looks like rather than just talking about it being a good idea.
She had in depth knowledge about CliftonStrengths and how working with our strengths can have exponential growth and increase our joy along the way.
Catherine is a big advocate for being holistic about our mental, physical and spiritual wellness and this ties in with her training in Positive Intelligence and some retreats she’s launching in 2023 called 'Fit for Purpose'.

About eSHAIR
Inaccurate propaganda leads some young men to believe that if women have equal rights, they (the men) will miss out or lose things they currently have.
The reality - Suppressing women is detrimental to men.
Men living in a gender equal society are much better off.
Men in strong, healthy and equal relationships live longer, earn more money and have more sex than other men. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Family units are stronger because both are able to contribute to their maximum potential.
We now live in positive sum world. The more people contributing ideas to solve problems we have (and problems we don’t know yet exist), the bigger the available pie for everyone.
Creating a world where everyone can contribute equally makes the world a much better place.
In an egalitarian society everyone is better off.
Societies that don’t enable all to contribute equally are being left behind. Women AND men in those societies ARE missing out.
eSHAIR discusses, promotes and shares the benefits to all, from living in an egalitarian society.
Please help others by liking and sharing on your social so they also get the benefits you've enjoyed.
